This 30.03.2013 abundant rain fell on Port Louis, the capital of Mauritius. Not a single policeman was present on the scene and people were left on their own.
A terrible flood which caused the death of 11 people. People were screaming for help - not a single policeman or army or fire brigade to rescue them. There were people on the top of their car waiting for 2 hours to be rescued only by some good fellow Mauritian. No rescued came from the authorities.
After the flood many policemen, fire brigade etc were present.
